漁師だからこそ知る、美味しい食べ方とは…?
Today, I'm taking the mussels.
Summer is very hot.
But, it's the season of mussels.
I dove 1 hour to take shells.
It takes as long as four hours to clean the shelfish.
Now, I will teach you how to cook delicious mussels.
But, baking it in charcoal is not delicious I think.
My fisherman friend told me that mussels are best in Sukiyaki Soup.
I wonder should I try it on my next holiday.
However, it is hot.
